Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

usually the trend what i have observed is typically the dispatch is happening on 5th business day after approval.

If thats true, i hope i will see my tracker activate tomorrow and receive our passports the next day.

Did you use FedEx?

No, Canada post. I called agent one day he said Canada Post will go pick up a batch from Ottawa every day. I found which is usually at around 5:30 pm.

08/01/17 - PPTs and COPRs sent to Visa Printing Room
08/17/17 - Application approved, counterfoil information posted on My CIC
08/23/17 - Tracker updated - Processed in Ottawa around 5pm (Canada Post)

You need to call CIC and speak to an agent.

Aug 2: pp sent
Aug 3: pp delivered to CPC Ottawa
Aug 8: pp sent to printing room
Aug 21: after calling CIC, CIC agent mail sent to officer and I received an email of 3weeks processing time.
Aug 23: no update!!! tracker not activated!!!

When can I expect my passport?

If thats true, i hope i will see my tracker activate tomorrow and receive our passports the next day.

My return tracking was activated today at 5.14pm "Ottawa ON Item processed". Can I safely assume that is my passport or they might have used my envelop for someone else's passport?

I received GCMS notes which contained this information but some people were informed of the date Agent received or Passports were sent to printing room through agent when calling the help centre.

That was a quick delivery! Are you in Canada? If so, would you mind sharing which province? Just trying to guess the delivery date now

I got my passport and two copies of COPR plus instructions letter in my hand. Finally a journey that started in Oct 2015 with studying for Ielts has come to end.

Indeed! Feels like the end of one long project
Now on the next one.. landing and then eventually settling in Canada! Good luck guys!

I called CIC yesterday and they told me my Visa was Printed on the 22nd of August, still no update in MyCIC account and no tracker activated but the agent sent a note to tell them to get off their butts and mail my passport

My return tracker was activated yesterday. I'm assuming that's my passport on the way back. So you could expect to get yours back in one week.

I'm in MB and hoping for a delivery by Friday.

Guys, does any one here has experience or knowledge for landing at Sarnia,ON and willing to share details and is it possible or not?
