Delivered to Ottawa on 24th July and To the Officer on 31st July.

So I should expect my tracker to activate today as my application was approved on August 10.

Yes. My application status was set to Approved this morning. Document number (COPR I guess) and validity have also been updated.

How did you get them? Is there a trick? I have tried calling them everyday but I don't get through to the agent. It's been 3 weeks since I sent my passport but no news to date.

should the job offer have been present at the time of applying for PR or even if we have it now at the time of landing it counts?

I don't know the answer to that since it didn't apply to me but I think it's both

But did you mention that you have a car which you will be moving it at later days? Did you apply for SIN and Health card too? please let me know.

They said you cant import it today because you're still making monthly payment. But I felt it wasn't too strict and having a letter from the bank saying that it ok to take the car to Canada and keep making payments will be fine. The worst case you can transfer the loan to Canada.
It was Friday night so didn't apply for SIN or healthcare.

Aug 7: Agents confirms documents received
Aug 14: Application Approved on Portal
Aug 14: Tracker Activated
Aug 15: Passport Received with COPR

I got it yesterday at 9 am. nothing since then.
Im not sure if they sent because i called and had the person i talked to tell them they are late.
Did you call?
