Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

Same here. My passports were delivered on 24-Jul; sent to the Printing Room on 31-Jul (per information received when I called them last week).
I called earlier this week asking an update and was provided the *same* information.
Received an e-mail after I called that my passport has been received and will be returned to me 'shortly'. No updates since then...
This wait is rather frustrating!

I haven't received the email confirmation so far... and according to Canada Post it got there on July 26th..

How are you guys calling from USA to the toll free number in Canada ?
I am waiting for the passport too. PPR request 28th July and passport delivered on 01st August. Haven't heard back anything since then. Just wanted to call them and check on which stage has it reached.

Did it just change to "Approved"?

No there are certain details as well but no letter or message as it reads "check message below".

Yes it does still stay as application in progress.
