Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

I have been unable to get hold of an agent due to high volume calls

Passport Received - July 10th
Application Approved - August 1st
Tracker - Still inactive!!!!!

I am shocked that people who have got approval between August 2nd - 4th have already received their passports.

Same here...delivered on July 12; approved on Aug 1. Tracker is still not activated yet I called cic more than 10 times yesterday due to high volumn. Finally, it went through at around 3pm. The agent confirmed my pp had not been sent out yet but she left a note and told me it should be back soon...

Any updates?

Hi guys,

For Your Information,

whoever is waiting to get their passport back from Ottawa, if you are not from visa-exempt country, it is going to take exactly 1 month from the date it arrives to Ottawa.

You can't speak for everyone based purely on your own experience. A quick look at processing tracker and I see a number of people from nonexempt countries got their passport back in 20 days or less

with all due respect to your experience, although i wouldnt disrespect your conclusive statement

here everybody is drawing conclusions keeping similarities in mind watching and micro-analysing every minute factors , difference/similarity and then still doesnt give any conclusive statement, considering all that what you said seems too much premature after considering only your experience.

More importantly I wouldnt want to wait for a month finally if thats what happens I cant change it, lol

you can log in to your mycic - that's where I saw that my application was approved.
