Passports to CPC Ottawa- July 2017

So frustrating. I have seen most of people delivered there passports after 12th and got their approval. I still have nothing update.

I am cec inland, and I used canada post to mail them to ottawa office.

Thanks for your response. I have done my filling through an attorney, Actually, they have submitted my passport to CPC Ottawa. Any idea what are the information that they will ask while calling CIC Ottawa Customer service?

Thank you, I tried the number as is from US and it says call cannot be competed as dialed. Tried +1, without 1 and nothing worked. I'm not sure what's missing

I guess this number does not work if you call from USA. I have seen another number which were used by people from USA. Check last 10 pages and you should find it. Good luck.

They are from visa-exempt countries. That is why they need only COPR.

Apparently my status in the applications page changed to:
Additional documents : Additional documents you provided are being reviewed.

Can anyone provide insight why this happened after Passport has been received at CPC Ottawa and they confirmed today it's in printing room. Either is it just a glitch or an internal processing thing?

After seeing all the posts on passports waiting in printing room for visa, I'm curious to know
1. How big is the printer room?
2. How many printers are available?
3. How many are operational?
4. How many of them are out of cartridge?
5. How many visas get printed in a day?

Please take it on a lighter side guys just thought to kill few minutes

I think it's a glitch. My additional documents part still says they need more documents even after my application is approved on CIC.

Called CIC thrice, they are asking me to follow-up by 9th August

I am exactly same as your situation. I called them up and they asked me to check after 2 weeks of delivery (Aug 9).

Holy Moly! My passport is FINALLY mailed out!! After 33 days of wait.

Here is my timeline again,
PPR June 28th
PP sent June 29th
PP delivered June 30th
PP received/in queue for printing July 12th (told by cic agent)
Approved July 28th
PP mailed out August 2nd

What a long painful torture !

I heard they are only accepting it from Tuesday to Thursday. Is this info accurate?
