Just wanted to update my timeline.

PPR: July 14
Doc Sent: July 15
Doc Received by CPC Ottawa: July 19
Application Approved: July 27.

I'm from a visa exempt country. Should I expect they send the CoPR soon?
How do you know your application is approved ?!

FSWO - US
PPR July 6
PP sent July 8 (FedEx Int Priority with return label)
Scheduled delivery July 10

Just realized that both photos that I sent had my name, DOB and address of photograph place. The instructions said 1 photo should have that info; is that a problem?

Hi everyone,

Is this a big problem that both photos had name, DOB and address of photograph place? @sea83 - did everything work out well for you?

Appreciate anyone's response to this please.

Sorry I didn't reply earlier, I feel less stressed by this delay than the whole waiting for PPR ordeal because it's just formalities now, at least the end is in sight. Lehbes, I only posted mine on the 10th from Winnipeg, because I never checked the tracker I don't know when it was delivered to Ottawa but I imagine that was 12th or 13th. It could be it got approved quickly because it was just a copy of passport and not the actual one.

Whoever was worrying about putting dob etc on both photos, relax, I did the same just because they could misplace one so if rather my name on both, it'd only be a problem if you wrote it on the front of the photo!

I think processing times at all stages are random in many ways, my friend who is from same country and works for same company applied for PR over a month before me and he still hasn't got his PPR yet.

HI,

I recently received PPR (24th July). At the time i submitted my application and received my AOR i was in Canada with my dependents (EE Inland). However i had to return to my home country for some family function and won't be back till after the 30 days deadline. I have written to Ottawa from where the PPR email came to change my VO (for the PA only), but i haven't heard from them. I also wrote to the LVO of my home country about my situation also no response. Should i bite the bullet and send my travel docs to my VO or wait for the mail from Ottawa indicating the change? I've read from the other threads about the late response of Ottawa with this scenarios.
I am a bit agitated.. Anyone with this experience? I am the PA

are your dependents still inland ? or with you ?

Dependents are inland. I traveled alone
If you were all together I would have told you to send to LVO, because my sister did that without even notifying them in Cairo, Egypt, but since your passports aren't together, I am not sure what is the correct course of action
