Same thing. Did not get an update. I was trying to call them for couple hours, just wasted a time as always. Mine was delivered on July 10. When yours?

I have just checked once again the confirmation of passport delivery to Ottawa by using a trucking number. That is only one way to be make sure that they received it. I phoned them last Wednesday, the the agent could not confirm the passopt receiving. It is weird!

Even on this last step I really can not relax!

And for the prepaid return envelope.. no writing or anything right?

I got mine taken at Shoppers and no writing on the return envelope. Just get the tracking number.

I'm outland so I didn't have to send it to Ottawa but I'm sure some people might appreciate the dates:

I sent the passports to Sydney (Australia)

PP Sent: 29th June
PP Received: 4th July
Application approved in mycic: 19th July
Return tracker activated: 20th July

Was starting to get a bit worried since as soon as I got PPR I booked my flights, for 1st of August. But it looks like I'll get them back in time.

Yeh they are wasting their resources for small stuff and messes ours.
by the way I have also heard that many applicants are getting delayed in their PR card as well for something wrong with their photos. so lets hope we dont need to wait for our card for another 2-4 months.

I had an opportunity to call CIC. I was told that my passport still in printing room. Like the agent did not tell me an exact date of receiving PP either when passport went to there. The agent just said that there are no any timeframe. It takes how many time how many will be needed. So frustrated...

What number did you call? We are kinda the same timeline, no updates for me either.
Tried the 888 number couple of times this morning, always busy cant get though. smh
