Yup, mine got out of TN yesterday midnight but because of snow storm it is stuck without a fixed delivery date, hopefully will get it tomorrow at least.
Congratulation :) I am still waiting to hear about my CoPR as my profile still shows submitted while my passports reached a week earlier. When I called CIC ( just following the same steps as we all did during pre-PPR days) yesterday, the agent didn't have any info on my passport or status of CoPR. So was wondering if I should have selected other options to reach the agents that know about the CoPR process or it's just that particular agent didn't want to share any info.

Could you let me know how were you able to reach CIC to find out about your passport? Thank You!

Hey Bro, I have got my passport back with COPR today. I was in impression that we would get 1 year visa to do soft landing. But they gave visa for 90 days only, is it the case with everyone or specific to individual ?

My visa is valid till Sep 2019. I think it depends on your AOR date. My AOR was 30 Sep 2018. I am not sure though.

The validity of one time PR visa is normally around the expiry of your medical exam (i.e. a year from your medical exam) or expiry of your passport whichever comes first.

Hi All - I have few questions regarding PPR.
My husband and I got approved for PR. We need to send out PP out for visa.

FSW-O-USA.
1. What is the best way to send PP to Canada ? USPS, FedEx, UPS.
2. Our medicals expire 2nd April. Any idea what will be the timeline for COPR once stamped?

Thank you for helping !
Good luck to everyone.

Hi, I didn't call them, I checked my FedEx tracker for both and received my COPR today. From what I have read here, until your passports go for printing the call center agents can't see it in their system. You should check your tracker to see if it's delivered. Mine took 8 days to get approved on CIC portal and another one week for them to send the passports back. Hope this helps. Good luck

1. Fedex / UPS
2. Most probably 2nd April unless they extend it themselves and give you a longer time to land.

I used FedEx and got it back today. Don't forget to add commerical invoice of value $1 when you send it, that's needed to clear customs both while going forward & getting it back. COPR validity is the date your medical expires/passport expiry whichever is earlier, it cannot be extended under any circumstances and both ppl have to land before it expires. Also secondary applicant cannot land without the primary but can do it together or after the primary applicant.
Edit: They should have asked you for a remedical. They may proactively give you more time but once the date is entered on COPR then no extension is possible.
