I called them 3 times since yest cos I have been having issues tracking my passport. They have been super helpful.
Also I never got disconnected or had any issues after my approval is done. Before I could never even reach the call center.

Hey how did u solve this? I can see that my credit card ha been charged but no tracking
Credit card is charged only after delivery so it's possible they charged your card for delivery to Ottawa and not for return tracker .
Hey. I called them again. They told me its still in the printing room.So no movement. Strange that my fedex shows a pending transaction, I will have to call them and ask.

I was already charged for the Delivery to Ottawa , so this is new
I called CIC in the morning and they said that they will put in a note to CPCO for an update on my passport. After a few hours, I received the following email, but return tracker is still not activated.
Your application has been finalized and your documents were returned to you on February 19th 2019 via courier with tracking number xxxxxxxx, to the address below:

After reading your post I checked my tracker just now and it is activated. It wasn't activated until an hour ago. Check yours now, it should be avtivated. Good luck.

PP Delivered: 7th February, 2019
No updates until 18th February, 2019; requested to expedite COPR through email with proper proofs (my wife has her exam in coming this weekend and she would not able to sit without PP).
Expedite request got approved and return tracker got activated - 19th February, 2019.

Oh bummer. We have similar timelines for PP delivery & approval so seems like urs also would be out in same batch. Not sure what courier you used, but I feel ur tracker will also get activated tonight.
Guys, Fedex put out a statement regarding Thunderstorms in Memphis,TN causing disruptions to the delivery. So, anyone who is expecting a package take this in to account, if you are already not aware of it.

Yup, mine got out of TN yesterday midnight but because of snow storm it is stuck without a fixed delivery date, hopefully will get it tomorrow at least.
