PASSPORTS TO CPC-OTTAWA in May 2016

A small progress on my application:
PPR on 19th May
Sent my passport on 26th May
Received by Ottawa office on 30th.
-
Today, my application status changed to closed and Final decision says that the application has been approved.
However, tracker has not been activated yet.
-
Any idea when I should be expecting my PP or, tracker to be active?

Mine was recived may 27th, and approved June 6. Tracker not activated yet. I guess we still have to wait a bit.

Hi guys, I Sent my Passport on 24th, and they received it by 25th, but still no changes in my status, should I call or Email them? I was in Quebec skilled worker program.

Successfully done landing at Sumas border crossing, Abbotsford on 4th June...Everything went smooth... ;D Very happy..

I would like to thank everybody in this forum for their contribution, for their help. Hi Guys.....are we supposed to send all passports ( including spouse and kid ) in the same envelop and need to send only one pre-paid envelop for all passports ? Thanks.

Yes, you need to send all passports as they send email only to principal applicant. And in one envelope - all passports.

How do you know that your return tracker is activated, is there an email notification, like a delivery notification.
or you people just check it on Canada Post website ?

Just keep checking Canada post tracking website..there isn't any notification..

Yes you can. you need signup using your email id for notifications at Canada Post tracking portal. However, it is not as efficient as other commercial courier companies ( e.g FedEx, UPS etc.). Still there is no harm to register for Canada post email notifications.
