You can call CIC and explain them the thing that happened before. In most of the cases they are not helpful but it is worth giving a try! If you received a ghost email on last friday then you should be getting a PPR this week. Check your email folders regularly. All the best.

Yours is normal because they have two collection times, which are 9AM and 5PM. Yours should be processed at least 1 day after mine. The thing that concerns me is I called them and even the supervisors had no idea why there was no update and they didn't know where it was. This is so messed up.

Wow, people sent it on 22nd and already approved in CIC...my passport was received on 17th and nothing yet on CIC
