First, I am not an expert, So I will just say my humble opinion since you seem to be in a hurry.

As far I remember reading on this forum, there is no problem travelling after the AOR as long as you have listed all you travel history till the AOR date.

if the new stamps are after AOR date, my humble opinion is "no problem here".

Please ask experts on other threads or create a new thread to get more accurate info to be confident.

PPR - April 15.

I mailed my passport on April 15th, only to realize my Canadian Visa is on my old passport (I had to apply for a new passport when I applied for OOPNP, because they require the passport valid at least two years).

Does anyone know if this would be a problem, because there is NOTHING on my new passport.

I am very worried and I appreciate any of your help/suggestions.

Thank you.

You only have to send your current valid passport. Your old passport is of not use, except for the valid visas in there and you won't have any issues. In your PR application you have given your status and it has been verified. So the CIC knows your status in Canada.

Relax and you are all good.

Hello experts

I got my Passport request on 15th April and sent the package today to CPC Ottawa.

After applying for PR ..I went on a short vacation trip (4 weeks) to India via Dubai so i got new stamps in my passport from India and Dubai.

Do I need to inform CIC about this or it is OK as it was short trip. The concern is that the passport scans I submitted in my PR application will be different with the passport that I just sent across. Pls. advise.

Thanks and pls. suggest.

Nothing to worry. There is no reporting requirement for every visit you make. The only thing you have to report is any changes in your family situation, your job or change of address. Traveling to different countries in no way affects your PR application after you submit your PR application.

If the CIC wanted to ask you about your travel plans, they would have asked you and with your passport details with them they can easily track your movement internationally.

So don't worry. Relax.

Really appreciated your response, very comforting.
Yes I submitted both my old and new passport information in my PR application.
Hopefully this wouldn't be an issue.

Thanks again.

It should not be an issue, just pray that your old passport is returned. Usually as rule of thumb when I have an old passport with valid visas which I carry, I staple or glue its cover to the back of my new passport so that they stay together and are not lost.

Apart from this, no worries.

did anyone get his return tracker activated ?

Nothing yet. Even I am waiting. I wonder why does CIC has to make people wait at each and every stage.
