Do you have FedEx alert set up? If so click the tracking number from the email. See if you get two entries for tracking with same number. One will not be activated, another one would give the correct status. That was how it was for me.My situation is very similar. Email from CIC says the PP was sent on September 5th, but tracker hasn't been activated yet. Not sure what's going on. It's been 34 days since they received my PP.
