I emailed cic, and they replied that passport will be sent by today 9pm.

While emailing provide all your information to get reply: name, uci, dob, express entry number, passport number.

Could you please let me know which email address did you used? Will send an email as well.

please provide:
Full name, DOB, UCI, Express Entry Number, closed application date.

yes it is approved and closed from 31st of august.
