Passports to CIC Ottawa: March 2017

Oh a month's wait eh - why not drive down one morning and get it done? Guessing GTA so u have many border options

I have a Yemeni Passport, and I would much rather not deal with US border agents. Also I reside in Northern ON, so I would prefer an actual appointment so I don't get any delays or hassle.

I've waited 8.5 years to get my permanent residency, I can wait another month.

I got an email about 24 hours after my application was approved. The email only mentioned that my application was updated.

You don't get an actual message on MyCIC saying that your application is approved.

My passport was picked up by CPost today morning per email by CPC Ottawa. Tracker not yet activated. Hopefully receive it by tomorrow

Did you recieve email when they dispatched your passport? My passport delivered on 21 Mar, but still I didn't recieve yet..

No email received - I had to contact them for a response - but since its been a week for you, you should check your tracking details if you have it

Received COPR today such a relief.

Just another question. I got two copies of the Copr one with a photo and one without is this normal? Or they made a mistake?

How long there are taking to dispatched my passport? Passport recieved on 21 March by Ottawa office. Do they mentioned anything in email when they are ready to dispatched? My tracker is not activated too..

I won`t land until beg. May as I have vacation in the end of April and won`t be getting PR card in time to travel
