Passports to CIC Ottawa: March 2017

Hi guys got PPR today and my consultant forwarded email to me, but they haven't attached ANNEX A form. I'm trying to send passports either tomorrow or monday, and my consultant takes 2-3 days to respond. Is Annex A same for everyone ? Please anyone give me a copy of ANNEX A or at least tell me where to get it ASAP. Thanks

My ANNEX A form contains my name, my UCI, my application number, and a bar code.

Please scroll down and see if you can see the ANNEX A. I hope your consultant forwarded the whole email. If your consultant forwarded the original email, you should see it at the bottom of the email.

The Annex A was not an attachment but just a part of the email in my case. So scrutinize your email properly

can someone please tell me i am in india and i got PPR request to send to Ottawa VO.. can i send to a relative in canada my passport and then he can send to Ottawa VO and send me back with PR docs and stamp..

I already changed my address to India with Ottawa VO.. but i dont know what to do wait for Ottawa to reply to where to send my passport in India or should i send to Canada without waiting for the response?

it is a bad bad bad bad idea to send passports internationally, do not do it.

PPR received: March 2
Passport send: March 6; Fedex International priority from Indianapolis to Ottawa
Received at Ottawa: March 7

Application Closed March 9
Ghost email March 10
Fedex Return tracker updated March 11
Passports expected March 14

Tracker (Canada Post) was activated on March 10. Today is March 14, but I have not received my passport and COPR yet. Canada Post is so slow!

I am living in Canada, so I have the option to do the landing process at a CIC office close to where I live. You will get detailed guidelines about landing when you get COPR.

When is your appointment? I've been thinking to do my landing here in Halifax at a CIC office as well, but I'm not sure how long I have to wait for an appointment.

I received my PPR email today, planning on sending the passport to Ottawa on Saturday
