Starting a new thread for reporting passport submissions to Ottawa in March 2017.

My timeline as follows:
PPR received: March 2
Passport send: March 6; Fedex International priority from Indianapolis to Ottawa
Received at Ottawa: March 7

can someone please tell me i am in india and i got PPR request to send to Ottawa VO.. can i send to a relative in canada my passport and then he can send to Ottawa VO and send me back with PR docs and stamp..

I already changed my address to India with Ottawa VO.. but i dont know what to do wait for Ottawa to reply to where to send my passport in India or should i send to Canada without waiting for the response?

If you have already informed Ottawa VO about your address change before or after PPR, then do not sent your passport to Ottawa, otherwise it will mix things up. You should receive a reply within 6-10 business days with instructions to send your passport to India VO.

Just checked myCIC account and noticed application has been approved. I guess they've issued the CoPR.

ButterflyChemist - Did you check your CIC account online ? I didn't get any ghost email when my application updated to 'Approved'. Now awaiting Fedex tracker to get activated.

Application approved yesterday. Did not receive any mail but only checked CIC account randomly. Hopefully CoPR and Passports will be received by next week.

I got an application updated email a full one day after my application was approved and closed.
Waiting for the FedEx tracking to show up something

I checked at your suggestion and my application was approved today. My tracker (canada post) has not been activated. I guess delivery will be early next week.

My tracker (Canada Post) was activated tonight. I hope I will receive passports and COPR on Monday or Tuesday.
