I just called them and they said I may tract it on next Monday

Yes. Because they said although my passport tracking number showed is was delivered on 2nd Oct. The truth was that it was received on 5 Oct by the CIC. It takes 10 business days to finish it which means it's this Thursday. However it was long weekend last week. Therefore, it could be done on this Friday. Then.....it might be track on next Monday .......:

I just called CIC they told me it’s in queue to print, and they don’t know how long it will take. I have my flight on oct 19. I send my passport on oct 2 and was delivered on October 4

I also called them they are saying your passport went for printing i dont know when i will receive it i also booked air ticket for 21st october they received my passport on 5th October

My flight is on 18 October... I dont think i can make it now..

They said normal is 2 weeks. She asked me that if I cannot track it on Monday I need to give them a call

You need to make sure the date that they received your passport not the date that it arrived in Ottawa

Hi everybody, Ive same issue with you guys.Sent the passport Oct 2&Ottawa received Oct.4. Waiting until now. I sent them enquiry yesterday as we have a flight on Oct.29.I know its still more than a week but Im very anxious every day my passport is not here. Thank you.
