Submitted passports today in hyd vfs office.

I am from kerala..I submitted my passport at VFS Bangalore.But after stamping they send back my passport to vfs Chennai.none of the vfs offices in kerala work as Canada visa application centres.So you have to submit yours at VFS Bangalore

Can you confirm whether there is a photo-booth in the Bangalore VFS?

Actually I applied through a consultancy, so it wasn't me but their agent submitted my passport and photos at Bangalore VFS.I took my Photographs from Minerva Studio,Cochin.

But please refer to the page 16 of this thread. Post by aeropostale says that there is a photo booth in Bangalore VFS.

^^ Thank you. I checked that page and I think aeropostale is talking about the New Delhi VFS. I am going to Blore on the 12th and have a whole day to get it done so even if it turns out that the VFS there doesn't have one there will be enough time to take the photos

I'm not sure on this.. According to the VFS portal for canada.. it did not say the availability of Photo booth at bangalore center.. but it was there.. you can try calling them to check..

So the average timeline for PPR to PR Visa at ndvo is 2 weeks?

I am planning to resign tomorrow as my notice period is 2 months. Planning to land in June mid.

Congratulations Karthik. You got the Passport with COPR back on Saturday??. Do the VFS office work on Saturday's too. Is there any way to check the status other than with the online tracking number??

Submitted my passports (4 members) on 8th Apr - Fri in Hyd to NDVO.
Today I got an SMS update saying they were forwarded to Bangalore VO. Called the call center and they said its a technical glitch. and affirmed that its on the way to NDVO and will be processed in 5 days once they reach there.

Status online now shows Being processed in NDVO (11th Apr - Mon).

What will be the next update?

It was dispatched to me on 8th Apr which is a Friday. Bluedart delivered it by Saturday.

Submitted my passport today (12th april) at bangalore. They charged me ₹164 for the photos (3nos) which is a bit of a ripoff. I reached at 10am and there was no rush for Canada at that time

I too got a mail that the processed passports are sent to vfs office.
Mycic status says "Approved" and "Closed"

I always get scared when things move fast. ;D ;D
