Hey guys,

Today i given my passports for visa stamping
But i made a small mistake i forgot to write name and date of birth on back of the photographs.

Is it a big issue

Do you have the studio name and address in the back of any one photo? If yes, then its fine.. Your name and DOB is not mandatory.

Yes its taken at vfs only and they have stamped all photographs with name of studio, place and date

Still waiting. We submitted the passports on the 07th and we still have not received it. VFS helpline didn't help and when we called the Canada High commission, they said that they will revert to any mails or calls that we send only post 30 days of submission. Before that they will not.

We are really wondering as to why it is taking so long..

Congratulations. My case is exactly similar to yours. Even I submitted my passport on 21st March at VFS Bangalore. myCIC shows application approved and closed ..But VFS Tracking shows the visa application is still being processed at Canada Visa Office New Delhi..could you please tell what's your current application status ?

VFS status shows the same as your... maybe it will update in a day or two..

Looks like waiting for passports has increased
I submitted mine on 28th oct.
Seeing the current trend to get back passports it will around 2 weeks.
Wanted to fly out of india on 8th april.

Keeping fingers crossed.

right now I am planning to move there by May/June, as i have to complete 90days (3 months) of notice period.
anyone planning to move that time frame?
