Did anyone who got approved yesterday get their return tracker activated? Do they tend to slow down from tomorrow afternoon given it is a long weekend?

My application was approved yesterday. May 17th
Tracker is not active yet.

Mine is still not activated. Generally, it gets activated after 6 pm.

My application got approved yesterday. And the CIC office just replied me this morning saying my passport is already sent out today. But the tracker has not been activated yet. I guess it will take some time for Canada post to process it. Probably will be active this afternoon.

Is it true that it varies case by case? Like some get no emails and status change but their return tracker get activated all of a sudden etc?

Sorry but to be honest I doubt it - not for the 99% of the people anyway.

passport receipting - data entry - approval - status change - COPR printing and affixing - mailing back, may be?

sounds about right. But the mailing back is done in batches based on what we see

Thank you guys. I spoke to them yesterday morning. PP could not be located on the system. But today they said it is there and they will return shortly. Not sure what shortly means. I hate to be staying on top of this every moment but things might get out of control starting next week given I am in need of landing in another two weeks, unidirectional

Passport received on 8th May
Application approved on 17 May
Account updation email on 18 May

Return tracker has not been updated yet.
For most of people, it got activated the same day on their application approval.

Hi, i got my PPR on May 17, sent my PP today. I would assume they will receive my passport by next tuesday given its a long weekend. Any idea what they check at this stage ? I renewed my PP this year, all my previous visa's are from the previous passport which i did not sent. I hope that is okay.
