Every case has individual circumstances and one cannot predict the outcome of his application based on the other. Look CHC gives four weeks for visa stamping. Now some people get in 7 days and some within two months. It is understandable that it should be first in first out, but again due to individual circumstances, some cases take more time so applicant should wait. In your case, as far as I presumed your friend is neither the national of Pakistan nor his visa office is London so this might be the reason of delay. But this is my personal assumption. Keep in touch with your visa office and soon passport will be with you stamped.

So accountability should not be there?

Can i also send a written request to CIC about the delaying of my passports back from CHC islamabad VO .. today is mine 50 days completed

I do not think it could help but lead to a further delay. The rationale is DHAKANS sitting in Islamabad. Once they get the email from LVO about status of passport submitted they provide them false information like in my case they told that they just have received the passports.

FYI:
I submitted the passport on Jan 12 and received in Islamabad on Jan 13 by AHMAD (have confirmation) and sent the inquiry to LVO on Feb 20 that passport have not received yet. Next day LVO informed that they have made the inquiry to Islamabad and they have told that they just have received the passports. So for Islamabad almost 38 days are JUST nothing.

My understanding is 13 date is not working to us.

Yaar we are really worried. 2 months is too much time. We sent many emails with questions, showed worriedness, current situation, schooling issue of kids, ask the estimated time for 'shortly'.....nothing worked.

In first email they said we receive our documents shortly. Second email they mentioned, documents will print and will send to us shortly.

We have no option but to ask Allah to forget us and open the closed door so we shall able to move............
