I contacted LVO 3/4 weeks ago but received no reply so far. Did you contact Islamabad/London office? Can we contact Islamabad office?

Yes we contacted Islamabad office but no reply. Our (actually our friends' family) application processed in another country. They received some emails from that office on the behalf of Islamabad office. They said documents will be received shortly. Al most eight days after these emails but no news from ISB office.

Please be advised that your passports and landing documents will be returned to you shortly by our office in Islamabad.

Does anyone tell me what is the exact definition of term '' Shortly '' like How many days ? any estimation ?

Brother i just simply sent e-mail to LVO on their official email address after my 4 weeks completed on 23 Feb...! The LVO replied me after 19 days on 13 march.. You must have to re-send your inquiry to LVO if they don't reply u back in 28 days about ur 1st inquiry

Aamin.

Yaar we are really worried. 2 months is too much time. We sent many emails with questions, showed worriedness, current situation, schooling issue of kids, ask the estimated time for 'shortly'.....nothing worked.

In first email they said we receive our documents shortly. Second email they mentioned, documents will print and will send to us shortly.

We have no option but to ask Allah to forget us and open the closed door so we shall able to move............

There should be some accountability for people they are keeping our passports.
