i received request letter to send passport for TRV stamping. Do I need to send both old and new passport or only new passport.

I m opting for 2 way courier service. I find now VAC prefer UPS. Anyways i have a doubt abt the address to which package is to be sent. Is it to VAC NY( i chose NY) at 145 West45 th street NY10036 or VFS global services NY Canada Visa Application Center, 128 E 32nd Street,3rd Floor, NY 10016
I have not yet paid for 2 way courier. I plan to pay on monday after these clarifications. Maybe the shipping label will have the address to be sent ? Pl clarify. Thanks

When my sister applied for Canadian Visa in March 2023, she sent the passport through two-way courier through FedEx. They provided a link to sign up, and to track. Now I don't think they're doing that anymore. But the address she sent it to was VFS at 128 E 32nd Street. It is in the link above.
i applied online on august 21st. got letter to give biometrics next day itself. i gave biometrics on sept 8th in Jacksonville FL in ASC . i got pp request letter on Sept 15th.
Did your background check change ? did your eligibilty status change on tracking?
no..no information that background check was completed or eligibility didnt change. it said visa approved n request for pp submission was sent. i chose 2 way courier.
pp was received by VAC NY on 21st but they sent to Canada only on 23rd. i received email on these 2 daya from VAC abt receipt of pp And submission to Canada
