Passport Submission at Canadian Embassy Riyadh

I did call VSF today, they said it is normal for PR visa to take a month or slightly more. Online visit visa's take a week.

Whenever I call them, they say directly that this is not our issue, please contact the embassy.

The week ended with disappointment, the coming week is the final, no way it will take longer, hopefully :-[

But if u will raise CSE on friday then it will be answered by next tuesday wednesday.. so another 5-6 days for CSE reply.. so its always better to raise CSE 3-4 days before completion of 4th week.. Thats why im going to raise cse by this friday.

I followed your advise and submitted CSE today, I received the following automated message:

"This acknowledges receipt of your email. All applications must await clearance from our central administration. Applications must be submitted at least; 30 days for visitors (TRV), 8 to 10 weeks for students and 26 weeks for workers. Status Inquiries within this time period can't be answered"

Nothing mentioned about processing time for Permanent Resident visa.

And once CSE was submitted the following message was give "Your enquiry has been sent to the visa office processing your application. You should receive a reply within 28 working days (by email, regular mail or fax)."

THIS IS WRONG WAY ACTUALLY.. IN OUR PPR LETTER CLEARLY MENTIONED DO NOT CONTACT RIYADH OFFICE.
OUR VISA OFFICE IS LONDON SO WE MUST SEND TO LONDON..

Its not normal. You have crossed more than 45+ days. Try sending a cse to london visa office

Your case 100% not normal.. and you are making us scared now.. I have also crossed 28+ days now and still no news...
