Passport Submission at Canadian Embassy Abu Dhabi

I had submitted my passport at VFS Dubai on 20th July. In PPR it was mentioned to submit it in New Delhi.
As I got information from VFS, ADVO & other candidates that it is possible to submit the passport at ADVO without additional request to NDVO or CIC, I opted ADVO. However, I visited the embassy on 4th Aug to check status , and they informed that it would be dispatched next day. But it is not yet dispatched, though some candidates (with exactly VO as mine) submitted around my submission time had received their passport last week. I was concerned only because my PPR e-mail was sent by Warsaw, and asked to submit PP in New Delhi. As other candidates with similar got their visa, that worry is over.

From previous posts I understand that we need to wait patiently for 30-40 days & others who got PP before this period are just lucky.

Finally got our passports back after stamping from ADVO. Now the preparation starts to fulfill our landing formalities in our dreamland. Thank you all for all the help and support for all these months. It has been a great journey and it will continue for many more years to come.

I have received an invitation letter from LONDON office to submit my passport to Abu Dhabi for visa stamping.

My questions is, do I need to send any bank draft for me and my family members. Or no visa fee, only photos and passports will be sent through Aramex with a returned airway bill.

It would be great if someone can reply immediately.

No draft or anything. U already paid the visa fee. Just send the documents requested in leter along with pictures and a return airway bill completely filled in the packet. Aramex will charge u 140 for dubai to abudhabi and They will collect 30 dhs on its return.

By grace of God!! I have received my passport today with visa and COPR. It was dispatched on 13th and recieved it today the 15th. So yes it does takes at least 30 days for stamping. For me it took exactly 31 days. Those who are waiting ... Again be patient and you will get it soon for sure. Good luck to all.

Btw those who would like to know more about Toronto or Winnipeg ... You may pm me. I have stayed in TO for 2 years and in Winnipeg for 3 years, so have good experience about living and working.

So far I have not recieved my passports back to Riyadh from Abu Dhabi office. They received the passports on 14th July through ARAMEX. I did not send the return pack of aramaex as Aramaex guy advice me not to do this as Canadian embassy use their own packet instead of mine. May be this is taking time.
already sent an email to escalate the case as i have booked flights in next week which i need to reschedule.

Just to update you that i have just received my passports with stamed VISA, Alhamdulillah.

They dispatched the passports on 13 August from Abu Dhabi and received today on 16th August at Riyadh.

Hi All, just to update, sent 12th July through Aramex from Qatar and just received the PP with COPR through Aramex.
For people who are waiting please relax, will definitely receive in 30-35days, no need to worry.
