did you receieved yor passport.

for me i send it last april 7 and receieved by the cic immigration in abu dhabi on april 10 2016.

until now no update from them.

I got my passports back on 19th April.

I suggest you call the embassy on +971 2 694 0300 as they should not take more than 4 weeks to return the passports.

Have you used VFS or Aramex. If VFS, I believe they have a tracker. If Aramex, then check the status of the return AWB.

What is the status of your application on myCIC. If it is approved and closed, then your passport's been stamped so follow up with VFS/Aramex. If not, then it is still in que for stamping.

Don't worry. Some people on our whatsapp group are also reporting slow delivery by ADVO.

I just got the call now from aramex that my passport are ready for pick up..

Thank god after waiting 50 days my passport return.

I have applied for my Canadian student visa on the 12th of February 2016. Since then I haven't heard from the embassy. I am really worried whether the response will be positive or negative. Please anybody with the similar case can help!

I have submitted my Passport at ADVO on May 30, 2016. So far till date VFS tracking system shows the status which was updated on day 1 and that is (Documents are under process at ADVO). I have booked tickets to travel to home country for EID on June 30, 2016.

Need advice how to request them to expedite my case or else will have to cancel my tickets

Do VFS responds on call or email in time?

Online visa status shows Decision Made.

Any response shall be appreciated.

Dont worry you will get it before your travel date. ADVO takes around 22 days to complete the process.

I hope I receive it soon as June 30th would be 24th working day since submission. Would be too close to 22 days turn around time. Fingers crossed.

So I got a call today from VSF that your passport has come. We will dispatch it today and will reach your place by tomorrow.

Thank fully it's happening now.

My process started from Sep 2014 and finally ending after 1yr 9months. I hope they have pasted all the particulars correctly now

I received my passport request but i am confused how to send the passport like which courier service should I use as I am living in Finland and CIC told me to send the passport to London VAC but I dont know which courer service I should use so that I can also get my passport back too.I called DHL they said they dont provide the return service I am confused please guide.

Hammad123, try FedEx.

One applicant used FedEx and it work well for him, so when it was my turn to send my passport/s, I used FedEx with a return waybill.

Hope everything will work out right for me.

June 26 - Passports sent via FedEx
June 27 - Passports delivered by FedEx to ADVO

I have been asked by the Canadian embassy in abudhabi to pay RPRF in CIC and sent scanned copy to them which I have done its almost 2 weeks, How long should it take to take afinal decision

I received an email from Immigration Section, Canadian Embassy , Abudhabi that my sponsor should pay the RPRF on line in CIC and that I should sent the receipt to Immigration service Canadian Embassy un Abudhabi at the email given by them.
My sponsor paid the fees and I sent the receipt to the email given by Immigration section, Canadian Embassy Abu dhabi.
Do I need to send acopy to CIC also in Canada.
How long can I expect to get a PPR.
Can some one who has gone through this situation Pls advise

No need to send another copy to CIC Canada. The copy you sent to ADVO is more than enough.

In the next few days, you can log in to your ECAS using your RPRF receipt no. Once you're able to do that, you are assured that your RPRF payment had been recorded well.

Have you done your medicals already? If you're done then wait a couple of weeks for the PPR.

You may use my timeline as your reference.

Thanks for ur reply. Yes I checked in ECAS with the RPRF receipt number and it opens , so I assume it is recorded in my file. Couple of weeks mean how many weeks. Dose this means that my application is approved.

Can anyone share the name of the receiver at AD visa office (can be seen on Aramex's tracking page)?! Aramex website is showing something fishy and would like to make sure that everything is OK. Been 3 weeks so far since submission of passports.
