Passport Stamping in Another Country

Hi,

India VFS is closed, been waiting for almost 2 months now. I've got PPR long ago, and would like to go to another country to stamp my passport as Indian VFS is probably closed till December.

Is this possible? Has anyone ever done it before?

You cant stamp your passport in other country. Thats IRCC position.

Nop. Not even valid one

That’s what I thought.. only few countries having this expired ppr due to unopened vac.
