Hi,
i am going to apply citiznship....
my question is i have uae entry and exit stamps on my passport
but bouth stamps are in arabic with english words together ....
What is your advise, ? shell i do translate or leave it like that ?
Thanks.
I have my Citizenship test and interview next Thursday Mar 19th. I have a lot of UAE stamps on my passport. I noticed that stamps I had pre 2008 did not state Entry and Exit in English, but only in Arabic, however they did state "UAE" and the date in English.
The UAE stamps I have in my passport for the last 4 years (2010 and onwards) actually state Entry and Exit in English along with "UAE" and date in English. Therefore I assume this should be sufficient for the officer and I will not be getting them translated.
I will try remember to let you guys know next Thursday after my test what happens, if you don't hear from me then please PM me if you want to know and I will get back to you.
Also, you do not need to submit any stamp translations with your initial application. You are only required to show stamp translations (if at all required) at the time of your interview.
