Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

the envelop has passports, CoPR's, and a letter with instructions of what's next.

what does the instructions say?

Mine's delivered on 7/12. Called 7/25 and agent said passport was received* on the 16th and is in queue for visa printing. Told to expect ~2 weeks starting from the 16th and to call back if no news after that.

* note that there is a difference between delivered/received by the sorting facility vs. received/opened by the visa printing crew

Hi, it will take at least 3 weeks to get everything sorted out as there are backlogs.
Also during the summer period lot of officers go on vacation.
Just be patient you will have a response this week.
