Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

If they told you it was received 7/24, I’d count 14 calendar days. The end date should be by when you can expect approval. The agent said mine was received 7/16 and asked me to count 2 weeks. I did and mine was approved on the 13th day.

How do you know when it is approved, where do you check for that information?
