Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

my tracking number is activated, my details are below if it helps:

PP delivered on oct 7th, approved on oct 22nd, received e-mail informing approval today and tracking number activated a couple of hours later

Same exact date - sent on Oct 4th and received on the 7th

I called them today and was told that they started printing CoPR yesterday.
Status is still submitted on mycic

My application was approved in mycic

did you get activated for yours ? Your passport is dispatched? Or not yet. Mine is Ottawa - Oct 7 as well.

It’s completely okay, they are overloaded with passports. Whereas other offices process in 10 days but in Canada lot of express entry ppl are applying for PR. My friends passport took 3 weeks on dot. So wait until Monday or Tuesday , keep in mind last week Monday was a long weekend. I’m oCt 7 but nothing yet

I never call them because Iknow I will get a generic answer. At the end all you have to do is patience.
