Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

Just called them and they said that the passport is sent for printing and the rep admitted that there is some delay right now.
So after the visa is stamped to the passport the copr and the instructions are added to the envelope and then the return tracker is activated.
So when they stamp the passport then we will see approved on the cic website application.
So , I think we should hang tight.

hi, I called them this morning said she checked my status is approved(I can't see any update), but not sure why didn't send me the passport yet. they received at oct 8. I told them my family passed last night when I was waiting for my passport, she told me she will send a note for me let them know my situation that I need to go home as soon as possible. do you think it will take another 2 weeks for me to get my passport back? I wish I can be at home this Sunday to say bye to my family

Today Finally my cic account says file approved.thank God. I sent my passport on 3rd October they received on 8 October. Still waiting for activate tracking number.

Its hard to talk to an agent, can't get through. I emailed them last week and they reply that the passport copy was recieved. Still in process. Ecas showed decision made, gckey account still in process.
