Passport sent to CPC but CP has no tarcking status

Hi,

I have sent passports xpress courie to CPC-Ottawa on March 13th and till today Canada Post tracking -'Tracking Number in our system"

1) I havse asked counter whwre i have posted and they are saying nothing everything sent
2) Called and raised ticket and still investigation - No updates as of today
3) Sent email to CPC to check is my passport recevied - No response recevied.

Please help me i am scared...

Is anybody sent on same date , did retrun tarckignactive ?

Please help

Hi,

Finally I recevied my passport back...

Below is my experience.

1) Canada post lost tracking and item didnot comeup on CP tracking system.
2) Canada post unable to track and asked me to send emil to CIC and let them know once i get replay
3) Sent email to CIC but not yet received response.
4) Called CIC call center after 2 weeks and CIC said VISA printed and dispatched with different trackign number.
5) Passport deliveried today.
6) Still wondering how and why retrun tracking number different.


Suggestion: If your sending passports better to request Signature Mandatory stamps. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Hi - I have been waiting for my passport for more than 3 weeks now, which is quite unusual, my passport was delivered but the return tracking is still not yet active. please advice what to do ?
