Passport sent back to cpc ottawa. How can I receive it back?

Hi all, my passport was stamped and was on it’s way to my address but for some reason, it was sent back to cpc ottawa. I emailed them but not sure what is the process to get my passport back. Please helpp

Same happened with me
When i am tracking... it shows me again processed at ottawa...

No I emailed them but no response yet. My mail is currently in their mail box. Did you contact cpc ottawa?

i don't know where my item is.
it showing me online it was again processed on Ottawa

Yeah I submitted web form. Did you also do it using Canada post?

Was yours on route to be delivered after stamping but it got sent back? My tracking just shows it’s returned to them again. Since it’s a prepaid post, I’m confused as how can they send it again to us

mine was on route after stamping....
prepaid post.
today morning i checked. it shows me it was processed at Ottawa again.

even though it was not delivered any where.... delivery is still pending...

Oh in that case did you contact canada post?

yes... I just called at Canada post customer service. they said we can't do anything.. just keep eyes on tracking information

Same. Canada post told me to contact the sender. I’ll keep you updated if anything changes
