Passport sending by courier to CHC Singapore

Hi All,
Anybody can help me to answer my questions below.

1. How long to get the visa stamping in CHC SIn?
2. Do I have to arrange with the courier to pick up our passport?
3. Do the Visa office will call us if the passport is ready for collection?
