Still not gotten my passport back. My passport arrived in Ottawa Oct 23rd. I gave it between 17 - 20 days that's been the current timeline. After I saw that people that shipped their passports October 29th have gotten their passport back I decided to investigate. What I found was
1 - Passport sent to FedEx on NOv 10th (18days - within the 17 -20 day timeline) for pick up by Ottawa
2- Since it is being shipped to the US, it was inspected by customs and was missing paper-work - commercial paper (i remember filling this and including this paper when I shipped it to Ottawa)
3. Long story short, my passport has been returned to Ottawa as at today as it was rejected by customs and didn't ever cross in into the US

I'll contact CPC tomorrow. A longer wait for me. NOt in a hurry as I don't move till next year but can't afford to lose my PP
