Passport Return Time (Islamabad via VFS) for Parents Immigration Visa 2016

Hi Guys,

We submitted the passports about 3 weeks ago.
Haven't heard anything back from CHC.
VFS has advised that it is still in process.

Anyone here with similar experience and can share the approximate timeline for the process of visa issuance.

Yes, we are in the same boat. My parents were asked to submit their passports and it has been 3 weeks and nothing yet. We sent them via VFS in Islamabad.

I expect in next couple of weeks they will get their pasports back.

Do you know if the passports are sent to London or the visas are issues at Islamabad embassy?

they can't send passport outside of Pakistan its illegal.

Interesting so even if the visa office is London, its actually the Canadian Embassy in Islamabad that would be issuing the visas

As i said before dont worry brother you will get it by this week surely IN SHA ALLAH as 4 weeks is the given time on letter its been a week we are together where are you from khi?

Its been a week i have submitted from khi from vfs always stay positive and pray give sadqa!! and you done IN SHA ALLAH , ALLAH IS THE ALMIGHTY ,

I think you shold vist the VFS and inquire cuz they said the passports are returned within 3 weeks. Anyways I think youll get it in a day or two. And thankyou for this thread really helpful

No its been exactly 2 weeks today. We are hoping to get it this week insha'Allah. What about you?

Some of us here submitted more than a week before your submission and are still in the clocking waiting mode.
