Passport request

Hi my wife got her passport requested today. (bangladesh)
They want her to go to VFSGlobal to submit her passport.

VFSGlobal wants :

• The passport request letter you received from IRCC - Have
• ICR ( Invoce-Cum-Receipt) ?
• Any applicable visa application centre (VAC) fees, such as passport transmission fees, courier fees etc.
• Your contact information, including your email, phone number and return address
• The VAC consent forms”?

what is ICR, VAC consent form?

You should be able to find the vac consent form on vfs site. (it may take some work as the site is terrible)

Or open online chat with them and ask for it.

I believe the icr refers to receipt you got when you gave biometrics, but I'm not sure. Call or chat with vfs if you wish to confirm.
