Hello.I got passport request but i dont know what to do

Note: As of December 1, 2011, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will no longer issue a Permanent Resident counterfoil to applicants from visa exempt countries. All applicants approved for permanent residence, whether they hold a passport from a visa exempt country or from a country requiring a visa for Canada, will continue to be issued a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) document.

If you and/or your dependent(s) hold a passport from a visa exempt country, this office will NOT require your/their passport(s) to finalize this case.Only submit the passport(s) for those persons who require a visa for Canada. Congratulations!

You need to submit a clear photocopy of EVERY page of your passport (and that of any other applicant in your application that is also from a visa exempt country), fill in the form (it is most likely where they will mail the CoPR).

If I were in your shoes, I'd submit a pre-paid waybill and a request that CIC courier the CoPRs to you. Or check if your VO allows you to do this in person if it's convenient for you

You don't need to fill the form IFF you are from a Visa exempt country. All you need is the COPR. For landing, just show up at the border or Airport and hand them your COPR. They will issue you a Record of Landing on the spot.

Are you sure ? Do you have expirience with such situation ? But i understand that i need to fill this form ,becouse they need to know where to send my COPR ?

Please advice me

You'll will need to let them know the address then. They're also requesting you for the photocopies of all passport pages (even if you're Visa exempt). Hopefully, they'll issue the COPR then. Search the forum, I'm sure I've read posts of others who were in a similar position as you.
