Passport Processing Time After PPR

Hello All, has anyone sent their passport for canada visa in VFS New York recently ? I have sent mine about 1 week back but have not received any response yet. Wondering if anyone else in the same situation.

did you guys get a response from NY VFS, i sent it on 14th Feb, radio silence ever since. I tried calling them a few times, it seems like my passport is still not their system. 2 weeks just to open the package? the callousness is annoying

Did you receive the passport back. Any input is highly appreciated
