hi all. I'm in the final stage of the application process - we applied for the visa at the vfs global location in manila last month. It took about 1 week for it to processed as we recieved both a text and an email saying it was dispatched from the Canadian embassy and ready to be picked up. Unfortunately my wife has both school and work and was not able to pick it up immediately. about 5 or 6 days after my wife recieved a text saying the her application was "deficient". Told me to contact the vfs helpline but it's impossible to get to talk to someone I called almost 30 times.
Has anyone heard of this? It doesn't make any sense as they said it was ready to be picked up and mentioned no problem. Why would it have problem after it was processed and be ready to be picked up? Also I thought it was weird they didn't email me about any problem even thought I recieved the email telling me it's ready to be picked up.
Any opinions would be helpful , have hopefully my wife can pick it up in the next few days
