Passport Dispatched- Any chance guys?

This is my current status.. applied under general after SPP rejection.
I didn't get any approval mail, any chance for getting VISA?

If you have done the medical examination, it's a chance of 50/50.
If not I'm sorry it's a refusal, like my case .

I too received a mail that my passport is dispatched I too applied in general category in 24th November in delhi

I also get the mail of dispatch today (5/12/2014).
not get other mail guys.
Applied on 17th December at ahmadavad (non spp)
refuse first time on 4th November unde spp.

What are the resons for your visa rejection this time...??
