Same here , passport delivered Apr 27th, no response to email. I am planning to call this week if no update.

My application just got updated and now shows approved and counterfoil generated. Now waiting for fedex to be activated. Hopefully should receive this week

Did it activate? Mine got updated yesterday but still waiting for Fedex activation?
Yes it was dispatched on Tuesday 5/18, the original tracking number did not change status, but when I search now there are 2 instances of that tracking number and second one is providing updates. Some weird fedex glitch.
Please elaborate it further. How should I get that tracking number? The one I have does not work
Just put the tracking number in Google search and then track via FedEx, my result showed that 2 packages exist with that tracking number. When I clicked on it, it will show 2 packages. One status is still waiting package and other one is in transit.
I did that and nothing shows up, I don't know what's wrong. It just says no record found
My return tracker got activated on 19th May. I received passports on Thursday 20-May. I used UPS. Thank you !

I've sent passports from USA to CPCO office, Ottawa after receiving the PPR and they received it last Friday. Is there a way to track passport stamping progress apart from checking when the the UPS label tracking changes from Label Generated to Shipped?

1. You can raise a webform to track progress.
2. Once application gets approved [approx. 3 weeks] , application status and subsequently counterfile information is updated in your IRCC account. Please check your account for the updates.
Overall this process took me 3 weeks to receive approval + 3 days to get passport back through UPS.

Hi @mlcanada, I have submitted my passports and set of photos requested on 4/26 from US location, it reached Ottawa on 4/28. Post that i was again requested to resubmit photos(to be taken from a commercial photographer) on 5/3, i sent it on 5/3 itself and they reached on 5/5. After that i have not received any update on the status and also passports. It's been almost 3 weeks now. How long i should wait before i raise a webform to get the status.
