I'm planning to call them to withdraw my pr application. So if you call from the US using textnow the agent won't question when he/she finds out I'm an outland applicant?
Are you planning to urgently recall the passport? They'll need the proof for urgency.
Wow. Why would you do that after spending all this money and time? Please feel free not to answer if it is personal.

looks like you could send your request using the web form per link below:
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=741&top=23
they will not find out where are you calling from but the connection may not be good. I am sure you can call them to push on that..

My medicals expire first week of March. My medicals are not extended yet nor I've got any re-medical response
It's been 2+ months since I've sent my passport and starting to get worried.
Have raised web forms/calling help desk/replying to the passport request mail I got but have not received any response yet.
Please let me know what should I do?
I have a job offer from a Canadian firm. Can that help me get CoPR?
Is anyone in the same boat? I have gone through this forum and mostly everyone has got their passport back. Please help!

Passport delivered to CPC-Ottawa on 21st Dec no response from IRCC after that. Called their centre twice, both times they said it is nothing out of the ordinary.
I have the same timeline. Passport received by CPC Ottawa on Dec 21. Still waiting.
mine expire by March end and now they requested for remedical after sitting on my passports for 3 months so they can always surprise you with such nonsensical stuff

Hi, my wife needs to travel to India to attend her only sister’s marriage in a month’s time. But both ours passports are with CIC- Ottawa since 21st December. Can I raise a web form to have them stamped and sent back urgently? If I raise one such request what are the chances they don’t stamp our passports and send them back?
