Many a people get their photo rejected and get request to resubmit the phots for COPR. I am just wondering whether they get this request before their application get approve or after. I guess I am just being paranoid.

I am in a similar situation and wondering whether I should submit my passport to Ottawa or travel back. Did your wife got her passport back with stamping and COPR ? If yes, how much time did CPC-Ottawa take to return back the passport?
Did you get your copr? Mine is delivered on Oct 21st, just want to see how long I need to wait
@YeYe_0000 No change/update on my application on the portal. Looking at the trend the COPR process appears to be random so you might get it before me and my timeline would help to plan for worst case scenario.
@rajivm Did you get your passport back yet? Mine got approved on Friday Nov 12, the return tracker is yet to be activated.
Does anyone know if their application was approved before getting PPR via GCMS notes or calling IRCC? My passport was delivered Oct 20 and I've been calling every week to find out if my passport was received (worried that it got lost/misplaced) and they've been saying the usual "everything looks good... waiting for approval". I called this Monday (Nov 16) and they said it was approved Nov 9th and that they received the passport, however no update on portal or activity on return tracker. Reason I'm asking is because I've been seeing posts where GCMS notes show that the application was approved but they did not receive PPR yet.
@truelife Mine was delivered on OCT 19th. No update since then.
What did you ask the agent over the phone? I was told they cannot confirm if passport is received or not, only courier tracking# is the confirmation.

I asked if there was any update on the application from their end and that I'm worried that the passport is lost. Whenever I ask about the passport they always put me on hold to go check and say that they don't see anything and it's probably because they did not open it yet. That's the frustrating part as other folks have sent their passports long after and have already received it

Same with me, today was able to contact the agent, she said she s not able to see anything regarding my passport and application is still in progress. She said someone from Ottawa office will contact me and she asked for my Fedex tracking number as well. But no one contacted. I am also afraid my passport is misplaced.

Today web form response from IRCC told me that they have not received my passport etc which I had sent after getting PPR email. UPS tracking showed it was delivered on OCT 27. I called up UPS to validate delivery and they have delivered the package to 2303 Stevenage Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G 3W1 and not the CPCO – PR VISA 365 Laurier Av. West, Ottawa ON, K1A 1L1 which I had provide them. Now they are unable to track my package and I am over my 30 day period of sending documents to CPCO. UPS is sending a person to try to retrieve lost package to 2303 Stevenage Dr, Ottawa.
Has anyone seen / faced such situation ? I am in panic mode now, any help as to how to deal with situation is most welcomed.

Iam in the same situation as you. My passport also got delivered to that 2303 address on Oct 28th. Today when I called the agent said that there is no record of the passport being received.

My passports were delivered to 2303 Stevenage address on Oct 5. It has been 45 days till date and the IRCC agent on phone said that there is no record of passport being received on my application yet and asked me to wait as they are working in reduced capacity.
I have raised webforms stating the difference in delivery address and requested receipt of passports but response was generic. I have used FedEx and the I have attached the FedEx's Proof of delivery to the webform.
