Got Confirmation of Permanent Residency email today from CIC-Etobicoke-Landings (landed on May 29th).

Timeline:

Request for passport: 12-MAR-2020
Passports sent: 12-MAR-2020
Passports delivered: 13-MAR-2020
Bulletin 2 - March 18th, 2020
Application approval: 07-MAY-2020
Return tracker activation: 12-MAY-2020
Passports back in hand: 15-MAY-2020

CoPR expiry: 05-SEP-2020

You entered Canada at the Etobicoke IRCC office on May 29, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.

Confirmation of Permanent Residency email received on June 3, 2020

I got passports returned on June 1 with pictures and etc without PR stamping nor COPR neither. There was not even a note from CTC Ottawa, nothing.

I called IRCC support center on Tuesday. However, the lady from IRCC told me there was not any update on my file, not any note from CPC Ottawa center explaining anything, no record of any COPR ever been issued, nothing. It was a big emptiness there. It was like the passports have arrived at Ottawa but then returned back after two and half months as is, nothing has happened.
I am really worried.

PPR date: Feb 29
Passports sent inland and received Ottawa: March 16
Passports returned: June 1st, no PR stamping nor COPR

I think it is because your CoPR has been expired. They did not issue the expired CoPR. You may get a PR email directly.
