I used the one given on your online profile...but if you call cic they mention the link to a webform, may be try that..I dont know if they are the same.

Anyone else had this status in fedex?
Contacted the customer care. They said its going back to canada because of invalid country of origin. It was coming from canada to US.

I call cic agent today they told me my file is approved but passport is still not printed. there is no update in my online account for file approved.
Congrats, I was told the same thing so I guess now just track your passport because I got to know thatin some cases online status change once they print the COPR and send you the passport.

Ottawa received my acknowledgement: 3rd April 2020
I applied through an immigration lawyer, will updates come to him or will they communicate directly with me from now on? (He doesn't seem to know)
Can anyone else comment on these COPRs and landings that have been confirmed by email? I would assume this is just for those inland? I don't see how they are going to be able to schedule so many telephone interviews.

Hello everyone
I just got my CoPR. I sent my Passport on March 30th and received the Passport today 15th May. I didn't send my dependents passports and so the application is still not yet approved.
They didn't send any instruction on how to submit my dependents passport in India. Not sure how they can get the PR Visa. Could you please let me know what i shall do now ?
Congratulation! The Fedex or UPS can't deliver your dependents' passports to Canada?

I don't think that's the right way to do it. It should be stamped in India. Not Sure whether we can send Passport from India.
