Our passports was delivered on March 11th too from US and there's been no updates yet. Hang in there!
Someone did receive their passports back in USA a while back, saw it on another forum.

"Our passports were delivered to CPC Ottawa on March 11 from USA. Case got approved Monday (04/20/2020) and got our passports Tuesday (04/21/2020). We received the approval email on Tuesday (04/21/2020)"
We were discussing this, read some older replies in this thread. Cant say anything certainly!
Great!! Mine was approved yesterday too but tracking code not activated yet.. For me delivery location in Toronto.. What is it for you?

PPR Date: 6th March
Passport sent to Ottawa: 7th March
Passport received: 11th March and no updates further
Called IRCC today. Passports were sent to Printing office to print the onetime VISA/COPR but hung there due to covid19.
Agent said due to the limited staff, she can't promise when the application will be processed fully.
