I submitted my passports on Jan 4 which got delivered to CPC Ottawa on Jan 5. My Counterfoil was generated on Jan 17 but till now I haven't received my and my family's passports. I tried reaching out to CPC office in every possible way but not getting help.
Passport Delivered at CPC Ottawa and Waiting for COPR ----- come in here, keep each other updated.

OMG. Mine got approved on Jan 30th and waiting since then. IRCC is not at all transparent and there is no better way to reach them.
From where did u send your passports ?? And what shipping service you used? Fedex or ups?
Not a mistake at all. I sent it. I know a lot who sent it. It is better than contacting IRCC and requesting them to change the instruction.
Ok. Please update here once your tracker gets activated. Mine is also same, sent from US using fedex , approved on 31st.

Same here, i had a flight last Friday to india, i had to postpone that to this Friday, now i am again worried if i will get by then
I received email from Ottawa office that I haven’t sent commercial invoice on Jan 31. I sent commercial invoice too on the same day. I was hoping that passports will be dispatched at least by end of the last week. But still haven’t heard anything.
What is commercial invoice? Is it same as prepaid return label? I sent my passport and it reached on Jan 30th.
I sent a return label of FedEx but haven't sent a commercial invoice. We need to send a Commercial invoice along with the return label. Commercial looks like this.

It seems while we generate a return label commercial invoice is also generated but somehow in my case, it was not generated and I didn't send it along.

When you generate label for courier from US to Canada, it generates commercial invoice along with that for onwards and return packages. You sign those and put both with respective labels in the envelope.
Same here. Counterfoil generated since January 17th yet FedEx tracker is yet to be activated. I called IRCC earlier today but the agent couldn’t help. She placed me on numerous holds and eventually had no useful response. All she said was that I will get the passport after the FedEx tracker is live. She can’t access CPC Ottawa.
